All across our nation, hospital chefs are becoming aware of the importance that their meals have on patients and of how critical it is to have healthy meals to offer them. Many patients visit hospitals everyday and depending on how critical the illness is, the patient will need to stay at the hospital and thus their health success not only depends on the doctor and the nurse's care, but largely on the well-balanced nutrition that they depend on the hospital to offer.
